About Us

CERV was founded by biomedical engineers at Washington University in Saint Louis. See our founders below:

Sandy's passion for women's health led her to start this project with Elizabeth and Annika. She just graduated with her master's and is from Washington state.

Annika Avula, COO

Elizabeth's experiences and work in women's health research inspired her to work on this project. She is currently a PhD student and is from Central Florida.

Annika is passionate about improving clinical care for women. In addition to her engineering degree, she has a degree in mathematics from Centre College and is from Kentucky.
